The mentoring sessions will be carried out on a one-to-one basis and focus on developing skills, as well as building confidence and setting goals. Mentoring will be on a long term basis to provide ongoing individual advice and guidance.

Coaching sessions are available on an individual or group basis and are more focused on short term direction. Coaches will help teach new skills, and put a clear plan in place to aid progression and solve problems.

Mentors and coaches are hand-picked from a pool of over 200 executives, who have a demonstrable track record of relevant experience and skills that are matched to individual requirements.

Up to one session per month is available for free.
