FOUNDRY opens 266-desk co-working space at New Acres

FOUNDRY, the community focused co-working provider, has launched its latest location at New Acres in Wandsworth, South West London.

The new 14,000 ft² space, home to a total of 266 desks, gives local creatives, startups, and established businesses access to flexible workspace options to focus, collaborate, and grow.

FOUNDRY is one of the first spaces to open in New Acres, a new neighbourhood development in Wandsworth with over 1,000 quality homes and dozens of high-street spaces available for independent brands.

High-spec amenities to support collaboration

Just a short two-minute walk from Wandsworth Town train station, FOUNDRY Wandsworth features a mix of dedicated desks, hot-desk options, and private offices for small businesses. Members arriving in the space will be greeted by the friendly local team in a bright and airy atrium with a soft colour palette and can enjoy a range of spaces, amenities and benefits split over two floors.

The space has been designed to boost productivity and collaboration and features superfast Wi-Fi; storage and monitor options; outdoor terrace access; bean-to-cup cup coffee machines; craft beer and cider on tap; soundproof booths for private calls; and a mix of desks, sofas, and breakout areas.

An exclusive and rare benefit also means members can enjoy off-peak access to the immaculate 25m outdoor heated lido and high spec gym situated in New Acres’ residential building.

With 24-hour access, FOUNDRY Wandsworth offers flexibility for professionals who need to tailor their work schedules to their personal needs and is dog friendly, making it easier for dog owners.

Flexible membership options

Offering several membership options, FOUNDRY is designed to support business owners and individuals in line with their needs. 

From £199 per month, the ‘Coworking Lounge’ membership will give members access to FOUNDRY’s boutique lounge featuring hot desking spaces, private phone booths and meeting rooms. The ‘Dedicated Desk’ membership will provide workers access to a designated desk with screen and lockable storage, and there are one to ten person private office spaces available for small businesses.
