Countdown to ISE 2024: Barcelona Hosts AV Extravaganza with Record-Breaking Show Floor

Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2024 is poised to make history as it nears a sellout, boasting its largest ever show floor across eight halls of the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via.

This reaffirms its standing as a leading global exhibition for AV and systems integration. The total show floor space for ISE 2024 will be 30% larger than the previous year, with the event poised to attract the highest number of visitors in its history, cementing its role as a pivotal event for industry professionals.

Scheduled from 30 January to 2 February 2024, ISE 2024 will feature an extensive content programme, including nine conferences covering key topics in the AV and systems integration sector, complemented by free Tech Talks in both English and Spanish.

A highlight of this year's conference is the inaugural European / Latin American AV Summit (ELAS), designed to foster collaboration across continents. This two-day event will unite government and business leaders from both regions, with support from the Catalan Government and Barcelona City Council.

ISE 2024 is not just about showcasing innovations from over 1300 exhibitors, including 80 newcomers; it also offers a variety of engaging and inspirational features such as:

  • A 700 square metre Drone Arena
  • The ISE Audio Museum, displaying historic audio equipment including Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of The Moon PA
  • America's Cup Team New Zealand land yacht exhibition
  • The ISE Time Tunnel, celebrating 20 years of technological advancements at ISE
  • The Plug and Play Stage, featuring keynotes, panel discussions, and a platform for startups
  • Behind-the-scenes ISE Tech Tours at key Barcelona sites
  • An ISE Treasure Hunt with incredible prizes
  • The Barcelona Extravaganza, combining cutting-edge technology with the city's vibrant culture

Additionally, ISE is expanding its partnerships with local and regional entities. AFIAL, the Spanish audiovisual technology association, is incorporating its AVL SUMMIT into ISE's agenda. The Catalonia Pavilion will showcase a wide array of regional companies and host the Open Innovation Challenge by ACCIÓ. The Barcelona City Council will have a significant presence, highlighting local startups and the Catalan AV Cluster.

Collaborations also include the Impulsa Talentum Foundation, the Catalan Sports Cluster, Casa Batlló, and the Joan Miró Museum. Furthermore, ISE will sponsor the Llum BCN Light Arts Festival in Barcelona, occurring shortly after the show.
