Founded by Michael Bush, a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience, Bula Partners has positioned itself as a key player in helping UK businesses realise their growth ambitions. Michael’s career began with launching his own SEO agency before co-founding Climb Online – a digital marketing agency created alongside BBC Apprentice winner Mark Wright and business magnate Lord Sugar.
During his tenure at Climb Online, Michael played a pivotal role in securing international clients and overseeing comprehensive sales, marketing, and operational systems. His leadership earned him the role of Managing Director in January 2022, where he successfully navigated the company through a founder-led exit and its integration into an acquiring group, before stepping down in December 2023.
In January 2024, Michael founded Bula Partners, driven by a commitment to help businesses scale through its four core areas: Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Since its launch, the consultancy has been instrumental in crafting growth strategies for a growing portfolio of service-based businesses.
Supported by a team of eight director-level partners, Bula Partners has quickly established itself as a leading consultancy for businesses seeking structured growth.
