Bridgio and Infineon unveil second wave of hardware innovation

Bridgio Tech Accelerator, in collaboration with Infineon Technologies, is announcing the launch of the second batch of the Industry-Focused Pre-Acceleration Program.

This initiative is designed to empower tech founders in crafting new hardware products using Infineon's semiconductor technologies.

Building upon the success of the previous program batch, the new one increases an opportunity for early-stage hardware startups to accelerate their journey from idea to market validation. The three-month programme, a mix of online and offline engagement, is tailored for pre-seed hardware and software startups ready to incorporate pre-existing hardware solutions into their products.

By participating in this programme, startups can accelerate their product development through access to business consulting, lectures, guides from Bridgio and technical support from Infineon Technologies engineers. A key technical tool available to participants is the PSoC 6 AI Evaluation Kit, which includes the PSoC 6 Microcontroller and the new PSoC Edge Controller Family.

They will also join a global VC network, connecting with VC-firms actively looking to invest in hardware startups at their stage. Additionally, participants will expand their awareness by engaging with Bridgio, Infineon leaders and other partners, tapping into global sales and marketing channels.

"As we launch a new batch of our Industry-Focused Pre-Acceleration Program in collaboration with Infineon Technologies, I am excited to see how startups will leverage advanced semiconductor technologies to validate their ideas and drive innovation. For Bridgio, this program remains a strategic tool, reinforcing our role as a bridge between R&D and the market," says Roman Pakholkov, Founder of Bridgio and Board of executive member.

The programme culminates in a Demo Day showcase in Vienna, Austria, where startups will present their progress on October 1st and network with Infineon executives and selected VCs. Top performers will win a spot at Infineon Munich's startup night, showcasing their products to a global audience. Furthermore, selected startups will continue their journey with a joint year-long innovation programme to grow and fundraise further.

Top applicants will pitch online on June 25th, and selected participants will join a Kick-Off Workshop in Villach, Austria on July 3rd/4th.
