BRKZ, a technology-enabled building materials procurement platform in Saudi Arabia, has secured $31 million in new capital to accelerate its next phase of growth. The funding will support the advancement of its AI-powered pricing and fulfilment engine and the rollout of embedded financing solutions for contractors and suppliers.
The raise includes $13 million in Series B equity, co-led by Wa’ed Ventures, the venture capital arm of Aramco, and 500 Global, with participation from BECO Capital and Anb Seed Fund. In parallel, existing financing partner Stride Ventures has committed $18 million in growth debt under BRKZ’s previously announced $30 million venture debt facility, strengthening working capital and enabling flexible payment terms for customers.
The round follows a period of rapid expansion. BRKZ’s revenue is on track to triple in 2026, after 2.5x year-on-year growth in 2025, achieved despite significant geopolitical and supply-chain disruption across the Middle East. The company’s performance reflects rising demand for digitised procurement, pricing transparency and reliable fulfilment across the construction materials supply chain.
BRKZ now serves more than 1,500 contracting companies, 150 building materials factories, and a network of 2,100 local and international suppliers. Since inception, the platform has sold over $133 million (SAR 500 million) in building materials and processed $1.37 billion (SAR 5.13 billion) in RFQs.
Building materials account for a significant share of construction project costs, yet procurement remains fragmented and manual. BRKZ provides contractors, distributors and factories with a single platform to source local, imported and raw materials. It manages pricing, quality assurance, logistics and commercial terms through one procurement relationship, combining its Saudi supplier network with international sourcing capabilities.
Ibrahim Manna, Founder and CEO of BRKZ, said: “The past twelve months have reinforced why we built BRKZ. Even amid significant regional and supply-chain disruptions, we achieved record growth because contractors and factories still need reliable access to materials, competitive pricing and dependable fulfilment. Having spent our first years building the supply network, infrastructure and data to digitize procurement at scale, we can now make that infrastructure significantly smarter and, with this funding, extend our reach across Saudi Arabia and the region.”
Anas Alghatani, CEO of Wa’ed Ventures, said: “Our continued investment reflects our confidence in BRKZ’s ability to make building materials procurement more efficient, connected and data driven. We look forward to supporting the team as they further advance their AI capabilities and scale their impact across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.”
Amjad Ahmad, Managing Partner at 500 Global, added: “Building materials procurement is one of the largest, least digitized categories in the Saudi economy, and BRKZ has methodically built the infrastructure and data needed to solve it at scale. Our decision to co-lead this round was driven by the team’s demonstrated execution.”
Khalid S. Alghamdi, CEO of Anb Capital, said: “Saudi Arabia is building at extraordinary scale, and BRKZ is transforming how one of the Kingdom’s largest industries operates. By combining proprietary data, AI and embedded financing, the company is addressing a real and significant challenge in the construction supply chain.”
BRKZ has built a proprietary building materials dataset of 38 million structured data points across 13,000+ product records and 2,100+ supplier profiles. This underpins an AI pricing engine trained on 40,000 RFQs, predicting buy and sell prices and recommending suppliers. 84–89% of predictions fall within 5% of the final transacted price, turning a traditionally manual pricing workflow into a near-instant process.
AI agents also support day-to-day operations. Nusa, BRKZ’s delivery agent, autonomously processes bulk-cement deliveries by reading delivery-note photos sent via WhatsApp, matching them to orders, verifying quantities and closing deliveries. Around three-quarters of delivery notes are now processed without manual intervention. Payment-term decisions are also AI-assisted, drawing on BRKZ’s proprietary payment-behaviour history, with final approval from the finance team.
The funds will be used for:
- Advance AI capabilities across quotation, pricing and fulfilment
- Deepen vertical integration from raw materials sourcing to last-mile delivery
- Scale cross-border sourcing with China, India and other major manufacturing markets
- Expand specialty and private-label building materials to improve availability and pricing
Earlier in 2026, BRKZ received a strategic investment from SIC, the investment arm of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), supporting its role in digitising procurement, strengthening local supply chains and contributing to Vision 2030 industrial objectives.
BRKZ supplies contractors participating in major developments including The Red Sea Project, Diriyah, Qiddiya, ROSHN and King Salman Park. As it enters its next phase of growth, the company remains open to additional strategic investors joining the Series B.
BRKZ has now raised more than $70 million in total capital across equity and debt.
