There are several different stages to a business lifetime, and if you are past the phase of being a startup, but not quite at the corporate global business stage, then you are most likely a scaleup.

At Startups Magazine, our mission is to champion technology startups with all aspects of their entrepreneurial journeys, and this extends to scaleups. Our support doesn’t stop once you scale, and we want to celebrate your success as a scaleup!

Who is eligible?

This category is open to growing startup companies that have a team of over 10 employees, and that are seeing regular growth year after year.

When entering this category, include some background details about the startup – what is it and what does it provide? You will also need to provide the size of the business and team, as well as how long the business has been in operation.

Tell us why you should win

This isn’t the time to be humble, you need to be loud and proud and tell us why YOU should win this award.

When entering, outline why you are entering this award, and convince the judges that your entry should be considered. How have you innovated and differentiated yourself from the competition? How has the company grown, and how has it moved from being a small startup to a growing, successful business? Describe the scaleup process of the business.

It’s great to shout about your achievements, but the judges need to see evidence of these claims. Please provide evidence to show how you have developed as a business so successfully, as well as what benefits you provide your customers, and what the customer need is. Provide evidence of success through the growth of the business, statistics, and numbers.

Testimonials to back up your claims should be obtained from clients, partners, and industry figures, rather than employees of the organisation.

Supporting materials are highly recommended to help the judges make their final decision. However, do be mindful of what supporting materials are used, as it’s limited to up to three images and one video link per entry.
