Chipolo launches limited edition item trackers

In an effort to promote self-acceptance and authenticity, Chipolo, a company known for its Bluetooth item trackers, has announced at CES 2024 the launch of 10,000 limited edition ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ Chipolo CARD Spot wallet finders.

These finders, designed to work exclusively with the Apple Find My network, aim to challenge the societal pressures for perfection.

Each ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ Chipolo features slight cosmetic imperfections but offers complete functionality. This initiative emphasises that perceived flaws are often insignificant to others and magnified in our own perception. Chipolo's campaign seeks to shift the narrative on imperfections, illustrating that what may seem less than ideal superficially can be quite fitting.

Primož Zelenšek, Co-founder and CEO at Chipolo, shared his thoughts on the campaign: “Chipolo is excited to introduce the ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ limited series of CARD Spot trackers, as it’s another testament to our dedication to create products that make our lives easier — both physically, through functionality and mentally, by helping to bring people peace of mind. Through this campaign, we want to inspire a shift in perspective, encouraging people to embrace their imperfections and recognize the real beauty in what makes each of us irreplaceable.”

The distinctive feature of each product in this series is a unique blemish on one side and the ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ engraving on the other, designed in collaboration with a female-owned type design studio in Slovenia. The style embodies Chipolo's values of friendliness and openness while supporting the theme that imperfections contribute to our uniqueness.

This product line also reflects Chipolo's commitment to sustainability, as it repurposes plastic that would have otherwise been discarded due to imperfections. This approach not only fully utilises the material but also avoids additional waste creation.

Additionally, Chipolo is partnering with The Global Mental Health Peer Network, Hilfsgemeinschaft der Blinden und Sehschwachen Österreichs, and VDC Zasavje. For each ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ Chipolo sold, $1 will be donated to these non-profit organisations.

The ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ Chipolo CARD Spots will be displayed at CES 2024 and available for purchase starting January 9th on the Chipolo website and in select retail stores.
